Well, reader, if you are (A), I’m pretty sure you are already acquainted with our strangeness, which is probably what you like the most about us! 😎, Welcome back, we missed you.
If you are (B), you might be angry, but you are here for a reason. Finding the energy to build your 2024.
Listen, I’m not a marketing guru.
I’m not a happiness coach, either.
I have to repeat that for emphasis.
I’m not a marketing guru!!!!
I actually deeply dislike when people sell fake dreams or fake solutions disguised as a “LIMITED-TIME COURSE THAT WILL UNLOCK YOUR PROSPERITY FOREVER”
It’s quite easy to put together some video lessons where you promise profit for people while you actually profit from them buying your lessons. Any cheap paid advertising can help you sell something that is fake and void in its true essence.
It’s like putting sand on a bottle, adding a label that says: “MIRACLE SAND FROM MIRACLE LAND - KEEP IT AROUND AND WATCH YOUR LIFE IMPROVE”
As an established advertising professional, I would say that is profoundly against communication and marketing ethics.
Around here, we take the high road; the harder, the better. That’s why our content tends to be text-heavy and aims to develop the reading habits of our readers.
But let’s be honest…
Robert Greene and his 48 laws of power are outdated as f***.
Any good leader knows that there is no need to manipulate people if they are inspired by a brilliant vision and a bold dreamer who gets things done. Who is autonomous enough not to depend on other people.
In the battle of authority vs influence, influence will always win because influence is more sustainable.
If you are sustainable or autonomous, you don’t need to use resources from other people. You don’t need to pay people for their time, pay people for their skills, or pay people to do what you want.
Autonomy is about your capacity to take action - your agency.
Autonomy is being a Catalyst.
¹ A catalyst is a substance that makes a chemical reaction happen faster without being changed itself
²catalyst (for something) a person or thing that causes a change
So if you ought to build the best 2024 for you, for your friends, for your family and all the people you love…
It’s only a matter of being “the substance of a liquid mix that causes the change”.
No, I don’t mean our mother’s seasoning for their delicious soup.
I don’t mean the cup of coffee that starts your day, either.
Nor the beautiful benefits behind the ancestral Hindi customs of burning incense for relaxation and meditation.
I mean creating and starting new things with your capacity to be a creative human being.
Recognizing your profoundly latent capacity to make, maker.
Of reading a new book.
Of writing a newsletter.
Of writing an email to someone.
Of starting a new business.
Of putting together a presentation about your business.
Of studying and making way for new and fresh knowledge.
Of finding a new area of interest.
Of giving up an old habit by replacing it with a new one.
Listen, reader… The universe is waiting for you; if you can’t signal to the world what it is that you want, that is because you don’t even understand why you deserve it.
Wake up, little male dude.
Wake up, little female dude.
Your creativity is your true vital energy because it comes from your inner child - that is the same place where the student in every single one of us lives.
Stop thinking about the HOW and WHO so that you can think deeply about the WHY; once the WHY is found, you will find enough reasons to be a catalyst that creates anything that you feel you need.
I don’t mean to sound motivational.
But I’m sharing the energy regardless.
(Which I got from my “WHYs”)
Take some. (But leave some for others)

21.2 - Updates about Agency
And some reasons behind my absence.
Wasn't 2023 a pretty crazy year?
On March 3rd, I wrote Agency’s first issue.
On August 10th, we reached 20.000 Impressions and 94.583 words
On September 30th, we reached 1.000 followers on Instagram Threads
We are now getting closer to 80 articles and 150,000 words of content.
That’s a crazy amount of achievements for a very short period of time.
I feel blessed. 🙂🙏
But let me tell you, writing tons of content wasn’t enough to make Agency profitable with our Creative Pass.
People have a huge resistance to reading nowadays, but that was the battle we decided to fight nevertheless.
However, around October, we couldn’t afford our hosting, and we lost our website and blog.
The hosting service might have deleted our files by now, and it will take a lot of work to assemble everything again.
The newsletter is still running. Thanks👊!

And here we are, ready for a new year of research and writing.
